Toro 60V Stick Edger and Pole Saw review

Toro 60V Stick Edger + Pole Saw, frame from Will's review video

My verdict

“Super easy to operate, very lightweight and excellent quality as you would expect with any Toro product. And this 60 volt model is no different.”

What I liked

  • “It feels just like a regular gas powered one that I have used before… really easy with that back wheel to kind of cruise along a sidewalk and create a really nice clean edge.” 4:17
  • “Really impressed with the power that this saw has. It easily cut through these logs I had lying around.” 3:03
  • “There's no tools required besides the tool that you need, which is just a flathead… So it makes it really user-friendly.” 1:54
  • “It folds up in such a nice compact size. So really easy to store.” 3:22

What I didn't like

  • “It is rather long and pretty bulky, not too heavy though.” 2:23
  • “Besides clicking the pole together, there is some assembly, and all that assembly really is is putting the chain on.” 1:12
  • “I'm more interested in how the tool is cutting versus paying attention to the branch falling. So yeah, that was a negative experience for sure.” 2:38

Worth knowing

Chain direction
“On the chain, look for the arrow so that those two arrows are moving in the same direction. You can see mine was actually backwards here.” 1:37
Batteries
“If you're already in the Toro ecosystem, then you can skip the battery and charger.” 0:36
